Toomi is a group messaging app with a shared AI participant. By using Toomi, you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Toomi.
You own the content you share on Toomi. By sharing content, you grant Toomi a license to store, process, and display it as part of the service — including processing by AI to generate responses, create artifacts, and build group memory.
Don't use Toomi to:
Toomi's AI generates responses, summaries, artifacts, and other content. This content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Toomi is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Use AI-generated content at your own discretion.
Group creators and admins can manage group settings, members, and Toomi's behavior within their groups. Admins cannot access the content of private conversations between members and Toomi.
We aim to keep Toomi available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Toomi is provided "as is." We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, AI-generated content, or actions taken based on information in the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
